HCB cage-type double-seat control valve
I. Introduction:
The HCB cage-type double-seat control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve. The fluid channel of the valve body adopts a streamlined S-shape, and it is equipped with a diversion wing that improves the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve. Its advantages include small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high precision of flow characteristic curve, good dynamic stability, low noise, and small cavitation erosion. The control valve is matched with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force. It is suitable for controlling high-temperature, low-temperature, and high-pressure differential fluids. When matched with LHA multi-spring diaphragm actuators or electric actuators, it also has a compact structure and large output force. This is a pressure-balanced control valve. II. Features:
1. Leakage of metal valve seat: Complies with ANSI B16.104 Class Ⅲ standard, less than 0.5% of the rated Cv
2. Leakage of polytetrafluoroethylene valve seat: Complies with ANSI B16.104 Class Ⅵ standard, less than 10⁻⁷ of the rated Cv
3. Hysteresis: 3% (without positioner); 1% (with positioner)
4. Linearity: ±5% (without positioner); ±1% (with positioner)
5. Note: Standard V-shaped polytetrafluoroethylene packing is used.
III. Execution Standards:
Diaphragm material: Ethylene propylene rubber with nylon reinforcement
Spring range: 0.02-0.10, 0.08-0.24MPa
Supply air pressure: 0.14, 0.16, 0.28MPa
Air source connection: Rc1/4
Ambient temperature: -30～+70℃
Note: This valve also needs to be matched with VA5 or VA6 and VP actuators
Valve action type: Air-to-open, air-to-close
Accessories: Positioner, handwheel mechanism, pneumatic valve position transmitter, etc.
